Hello and welcome back to Sewing Therapy. I’m Sara and today I invite you to sew a Delano Top with me.
Thanks so much for your patience while waiting for my next video. Since I started my TikTok account, I’ve been super busy making shorter content for that platform and it’s been so much fun. I try to post at least daily if not more, so if you’re looking for everyday inspiration and sewing tips, head over to my TikTok and see what I’ve been up to. I’ll leave a link below.

This Delano Top has been on my sewing list for quite some time and I finally made one! I made this one with a lovely double gauze that I’ve been saving, and I love how it turned out. I will make another one with a warmer fabric soon and share the results with you on my social media and YouTube shorts.
Monty of OSE Patterns has an instructional video on her YouTube and I was so impressed by it.

I learned a few things watching it and consider my video a compact sew-along version. If you prefer more detailed instructions, I recommend watching Monty’s version. The link to view is provided when you purchase the Delano pattern.
If you’ve been following me for a while, you will probably have noticed that I am a bit obsessed with necklines and they are often a deciding factor when choosing patterns! You’ll see that the Delano has a unique and beautiful neckline and it’s my absolute favourite part of this top. I am excited to show you how to construct this one.
And I’m also excited that OSE Patters has generously offered you a discount to purchase the Delano pattern. The code is only available for a limited time and the details are in the description below. Thank you, Monty!
Lastly, a quick highlight of the subscribe, like, and notification bell buttons. Each little click shows your support and helps grow our Sewing Therapy community. Thank you!

And that brings us to the end of making a Delano Top! I love this top in double gauze and am looking forward to making one in a warmer fabric so I can wear it in the coming months. What did you think about this Top? I’d love to hear your thoughts and questions in the comments section below. And a couple of quick reminders: take advantage of the discount code before it expires. Your support is much appreciated. I’ll see you guys in my next video.
